Kathleen Faliskie
I’m Kathleen, an Executive Pastry Chef with a lifelong passion for baking that started when I was a child. Growing up, I loved being in the kitchen, which sparked my interest in the art of baking.
I pursued my passion academically at The Culinary Institute of America, where I earned a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. My journey in the culinary world took a significant turn when I competed on the Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship: Easter. It was an incredible experience that allowed me to showcase my creativity and skills to a national audience.
Traveling is a huge part of my culinary exploration. I love discovering new flavors and textures from around the world, which continually inspires my work. As an Executive Pastry Chef, I strive to blend traditional techniques with modern twists, always aiming to push the boundaries of pastry arts.
